There was no communication or posting that the check-in was on the 2nd floor of this building. The frustration of not knowing where to go or how to get to my room was unbelievably stressful! A strange lady let me in the building and said she thought this B&B was on the 2nd floor but not sure. Thank goodness for her and the timing of crossing paths. Once on the 2nd floor, the door was locked to check-in and nobody answered the doorbell or my phone calls! I waited 30 minutes outside the door on the steps before another stranger passed. I asked if he knew how to get ahold of the manager. He did and called Cristina (I think was her name) who said she'd be there in 5 minutes. This manager was rude and inconsiderate as to the frustrations guests experience just trying to get check in. The coffee and croissant was passable at best. Other other pastries / cookies were packaged and loaded with preservatives. The room had an ironing board but no iron. There was also a stove top, but no cookware. The boiler went out and I was forced to take a cold shower to get to a scheduled meeting before it could get fixed. The so called clean sheets put on the bed were dirty! (see image) Flooring needs fixed (see image) Worst experience ever staying at a B&B!!!!
